Latest Industry News | October 2026

Last month, our Claims Transformation event, hosted by Tower Insurance explored how the industry can make claims simpler, faster and more transparent, while retaining the human support customers need.

Claims are where the insurance promise becomes real. They are also one of the most complex areas to transform, bringing together customers, insurers, assessors, repairers, suppliers and technology in a journey that must be both efficient and empathetic.

It was great to see our ecosystem come together for this conversation with a full turn out to hear from our panel including Dan Walker, Head of Claims at Tower; Isaac Heron, Executive GM at PartsTrader NZ; Julene Marr, Director at Deloitte; Nick Herford, Managing Director at Hello Claims; Hamish Blair, Head of Business Development & Client Relations at Sedgwick; and Chrissy Terblanche, Claims Specialist at IVAA.
