With 20 years experience in Telco and IT in Australia and NZ, Michelle has brought a unique perspective of digital customer experience into the Insurance sector. She has been at Tower 5 years, and is Managing Director of Tower’s flagship direct to consumer business in New Zealand, leading the company’s digital, customer experience, brand, marketing, sales and retention agendas.
Kris is responsible for the customer experience at Partners Life, and in his ten years working for the brand, Kris has seen how data has become more influential in guiding insurance buying decisions. Kris joined Partners Life in 2011 and became GM of Brand and Marketing in 2017. Prior to that he worked in Operations and Client Services roles in companies including ING.
